  • Charles N. Parnell, III

    Mr.Parnell

    Nick was born in Birmingham, Alabama and attended University of Alabama (B.A., 1970) and University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., 1973). Nick is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Alabama, U.S. District Court, Middle Southern and Northern Districts of Alabama and U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit; 1981, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama; 1983, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. His practice is focused on Collections Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy Law. Nick is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association (Chairman, Grievance Committee, 1980; Bankruptcy Committee, 1981, 1982, 1985 and 1986; Vice-Chairman, Bankruptcy Committee, 1984) and American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association (Vice-Chairman, Bankruptcy Court Liaison Committee, 1983-1984; Treasure, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, 1984-1985; Vice-Chairman, 1985-1986; Chairman, 1986-1987); Commercial Law League of America (Member, Executive Committee for Southern Region, 1984-1987); American Bankruptcy Law Institute.

    Mr.Crum

    Bart was born in Birmingham, Alabama and attended University of Alabama (B.A., 1973) and Jones School of Law (J.D. 1976). Bart is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Alabama. His practice is focused on Real Estate Law and Administrative Law. Bart is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association and American Bar Associations.

  • J. Matthew Parnell

    Mr.M Parnell

    Matt was born in Montgomery, Alabama and attended University of Mississippi (B.A., 1998) and University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., 2001). Matt is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Alabama, U.S. District Court, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. His practice is focused on Collections Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Bankruptcy Law and Insurance Subrogation Law. Matt is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, American Bar Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Matt is also active member in such organizations as NARCA, NASP, and the CLLA.

  • Matthew T. Ellis

    Mr.Ellis

    Matt was born in Montgomery, Alabama and attended Troy State University (B.S., 1997) and Jones School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2000). In 2001 Matt was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the United States District Court, District of Alabama. Matt has been with Parnell & Crum, P.A. since his admission to the Bar and practices in the areas of residential real estate, commercial real estate, civil litigation and probate. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Montgomery County Bar Association and American Bar Association.

    Mr.Hassell

    Lee was born in Montgomery, Alabama and attended Auburn University (B.S., Finance, 2003) and Jones School of Law (J.D. 2007). Lee is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Alabama. His practice is focused on Collections Law, Landlord Tenant Law, and Real Estate Law. Lee is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

  • Jason B. Patrick

    Mr.Patrick

    Jason was born in Enterprise, Alabama and attended University of Alabama (B.A., 2000) and Tulane University School of Law (J.D. 2003). In addition to being licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, Jason is licensed before the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice is focused upon Collections, Compliance, and Creditor Defense. Jason is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Mississippi State Bar Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and Creditor’s Attorneys.

    KIM MACKEY

    Kim was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and attended Mississippi State University (B.A., 2003) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 2006). Kim is admitted to practice in Mississippi and the District of Columbia and is licenses in all State and Federal Court in Mississippi. Her practice is focused on Collections Law and Insurance Subrogation Law. Kim is a member of the American Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.
