CLS gives our staff the ability to search for the location of debtor and determine if they have assets on which we can collect. CLS also allows our firm to prepare and send updated status reports on your files for our clients to track.
Parnell & Crum utilizes call recording with the Tapit Nova software. This allows our office to record all calls with debtors and their attorneys. This virtually eliminates frivolous FDCPA claims that have become far too common in our litigation society. The recording allows training of our employees on call effectiveness.

Our office is equipped to process checks, credit cards, and debit cards over the phone to provide as many options as possible to debtors. Our system also allows automatic monthly debits ensuring payment will be made timely and giving ultimate convenience to the debtors.
